Entrepreneurial skills can be applied to many different job roles, industries and making their own business. Courier delivery riders must be highly skilled in terms of their entrepreneurial skills along with their technical, human and conceptual skills. The researchers used descriptive research method with a survey method as the primary instrument of the data collection. The study's objective is to create a strong presence among customers and competition, ensuring a reliable courier service that they can depend on. The proposed training design of this research intend to assist the growth delivery riders significantly influence customer satisfaction, reliability, assurance and empathy.
