    The aim of this study is to develop a Student Information and Enrollment System of Don Eujemio F. Eriguei Memoriai Nationai High Schooi. Specificaiiy, it sought to answer the following objectives: To determine the existing enrollment policies and procedure of Don Eufemio F. Eriguel Memorial National High School; To determine the problems and issues encountered in the existing system of Don Eufemio F. Eriguel Memorial National High School; To develop a Student Information and Enrollment System of Don Eufemio F. Eriguel Memorial National High School: To determine the usability of the developed Student Information and Enrollment System. The researchers used descriptive research and developmental method of research design and the main instrument that was used is the questionnaire. The main sources of data areadministrator, faculty and staff, and teacher. The researchers used the Rational Unified Process Model, to develop the Student Information and Enrollment System.
