    Performance and client satisfaction of rural health units in the first district of La Union

    This study presents the performance of the Rural Health Units in the First District of La Union and their client satisfaction. It sought to identify the level of performance and level of client satisfaction of Rural Health Units and find its significant relationship based from the results. The level of performance was analyzed using mean and to determine the level of client satisfaction, median and 5-Point Likert Scale was utilized. Findings revealed that the overall performance of Rural Health Units in the First District of La Union is at the very satisfactory level. It also shows that the overall level of satisfaction of its clients is at very satisfied level as well, thus it discloses that there is a strong relationship between the level of performance of Rural Health Units and level of satisfaction by its clients.
