    Gender discrimination among college of education students

    This study was conducted to assess the gender discrimination among College of Education students. In this study it was found out that 59.62% of the respondents were female, 54.29% of them are true females, 50.86% were under 18-20 years old, 29.71% of the respondents' family income are in the range of Php. 9001 and above, 69.14% of the respondents' height are in the range of5'1 - 6'0, 50.86% of the respondents' weight are in the range of 41-50 kgs., and 53.14% of the respondents' complexion are light brown. Furthermore, majority of the respondents observed and experienced rarely the different forms of gender discrimination in school, home, and society, and rarely affected with the effects of gender discrimination in their emotional, social, spiritual aspects. Moreover, it was found out that the respondents' sex, gender, age, family income, height, weight, and complexion are not significantly related to the forms of gender discrimination and to the effects of gender discrimination that they observed and experienced.
