    Level of leadership capabilities of farmers in Barangay Lomboy, Sto. Tomas, La Union

    This study intended to find out the leadership capabilities of farmers. Correlational method was used and questionnaire was the main gathering tool. The results showed that majority of thefarmers in Lomboy, Sto.Tomas, La Union are middle adulthood; married; high school graduates; have a monthly income of 1000-5000 pesos. The level of leadership capabilities of the respondents in all the categories - representation, reconciliation, tolerance of uncertainty, persuasion, initiation of structure, tolerance and freedom, role assumption, consideration, production emphasis, predictive accuracy, integration and superior orientation - is high. Lastly, monthly and educational attainment are significantly related to leadership capabilities.
