This study aimed to make a survey of some medicinal plants used by folk medicine practitioners in Agoo, La Union, specifically it sought to answer the following objectives. 1. What is the personal profile of the folk medicine practitioners? 2. What are the medicinal plant used by folk medicine practitioners in Agoo, La Union as to a. type of plant b. location of the plant (natural habitat) c. part of the plant used d. medicinal preparation and application e. ailment cured or treated 3. To make a photograph, and preserve some live plant, for submission to DMMMSU-SLUC College of Sciences. The descriptive method of research was utilized wherein the questionaire-checklist was the main instrument in gathering data and interviewing of the herbularios supplement their responses to the questionnaires.
