Awareness and satisfaction of hospitality management students on the DMMMSU Student Affairs and Services

Student Affairs and Services in higher education institutions contribute to the quality of students' learning experiences and their holistic student development. Studies in Student Affairs and Services programs are crucial for understanding the consistencies and inconsistencies in the delivery of services to students. This study determined the extent of awareness and level of satisfaction of hospitality management (HM) students with the student affairs and services of DMMMSU-MLUC for the school year 2021—2022. This study used a descriptive research design, utilizing the survey questionnaire to gather data among 320 respondents among first to third-year HM students. A quantitative approach was used to measure awareness and satisfaction. The five-point scale was used to interpret the data gathered. The study found out that the students were much aware and much satisfied with the delivery of Student Affairs and Services in terms of student welfare, student development, and institutional student programs and services.
