    Response of Tristar (Vigna sesquipedalis linn.) Pole Bean variety intercropped with Rambutan as affected by organic fertilizers

    Intercropping is one of the most practical ways of maximizing the use of land. Legumes as intercrop that help improve the fertility of the soil. This study was conducted to determine the response of pole bean variety intercropped with rambutan as affected by organic fertilizers (commercial organic fertilize (BSR), vermicompost and goat manure). The study was laid out in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with four treatments and three blocks. Results of the study showed that pole beans applied with vermicompost significantly produced higher yield with a mean of 7,168.56 kg / ha and the highest net income with a mean ofPhp 760,077.34. Rambutan increased in height of 0.57m and crown diameter of 0.62 m. All other parameters revealed insignificant result.
