Publication Christ the King College integrated clinic management system(Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State Univeristy - Mid La Union Campus, 2014-10) Garcia, Lovely Joy Moral; Labrador, Freud Marx Garcia; Lucban, Mikael Rentar; Macaraeg, Christian Caluza; Mandap III, Cresenciano Uriarte; Ledda, Mark Kristian C.The researchers developed the Christ the King College Integrated Clinic Management System for CKC intended for their clinic. Specifically, it aimed to answer the following objectives: determine the problems encountered in the existing CKC clinic records and management system in terms of performance, information, efficiency, control, and security; develop the Christ the King College Integrated Clinic Management System using agile model; determine the level of usability of the developed system using SUS. Descriptive and developmental type of research was used in conducting this study. Agile Model was used in developing the Christ the King College Integrated Clinic Management System. A total of ten respondents were selected through the total enumeration. Survey questionnaire made by the researchers which was validated by the experts, informal interview and SUS tool were used as data gathering tools. All the gathered data were analyzed and interpreted using mean and grand mean. Findings shows that the existing CKC clinic record and management system garnered an overall mean of 2.59 described as fairly usable; developed system provides the needed process of the school by means of using the Agile Model and through the use of Visual Basic programming language, Wamp Server and MySQL as a database platform; and the level of usability of the developed system was rated with a grand mean of 4.14 which is described as usable.
