    Digital document archiving system for planning and development office of DMMMSU-SLUC

    Digital Document Archiving provides institutional accountability and timely access to information. This study aims to develop a Digital Document Archiving System. Specifically, researchers sought 10 determine the functional and non-functional requirements, the design and construction, and to ascertain the level of usability of the developed Digital Document Archiving System. Descriptive and developmental research was employed, utilizing a survey questionnaire in data gathering. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) Model was used to develop the System. The Likert Scale questionnaire was given to the six employees and five CCS faculty. The researchers obtained the functional and nonfunctional requirements for the System through a survey questionnaire. The researchers used PHP and HTML for the front end and MySQL and Xampp Server/or the back end As a result, on the level of usability using ISO 25010, the developed System was proven very much usable, with a mean rating of 4.57.
