Publication Naguilian High school infomation system (NNHS-SIS)(Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – Mid La Union Campus, 2013-10) Baldoza, Ma. Abigael T.; Madayag, Nelson V.; Olpindo, Ronnel S.; Tadina, Liezl H.; Pimentel, Emmalou B.The researchers aimed to develop a Student Information System for Naguilian National High School (NNHS). The researchers sought answers to answer the following objectives: determine the existing ICT profile of NNHS in terms of hardware, software, peopleware, and network; evaluate the status of the existing NNHS student information system along performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and services; integrate the enrollment policies and procedures of NNHS; developed the NNHS Student Information System; and determined the level of usability of the developed system in terms of efficiency, functionality, helpfulness, control, and learnability. The descriptive and developmental type of research design was used in the study. The researchers administered a survey checklist for the determination of the profile of ICT resources, survey questionnaire using Wetherbee’s PIECES Framework for the assessment of the status of the existing system of NNHS and SUMI in determining the level of usability of NNHS and conducted interview to determine the school enrolment policies and procedures. The fifty Jour (54) respondents of the study were chosen through total enumeration. The ICT resources of Naguilian National High School (NNHS) were existing; however, the system analyst and computer programmer were not present. The existing system of the student record section of Naguilian National High School (NNHS) was determined as constraint as reflected by the grand mean of 2.98. Naguilian National High School enrollment procedures were done manually wherein the student have to pass all requirements and under-go several activities. The Naguilian National High School Student Information System (NNHS-SIS) was developed using RAD model. The level of usability of the Naguilian National High School Student Information System along efficiency, functionality, control, learnability and helpfulness was interpreted as very highly usable with a grand mean rating 4.29.
