This study aimed to develop an Online Research Journal for the College of Graduate Studies (CGS). Specifically, it attained thefollowing objectives: (1) to determine thefunctional and non-functional requirements of the Online CGS Research Journal, (2) to design and build an Online CGS Research using the Prototype Model, and (3) and to determine the level of usability of the Online CGS Research Journal. Descriptive research was implemented using interviews and USE Questionnaire as a data-gathering instrument, while developmental research was implementedfor the development of the system based on the phases of the Prototype model. The functional requirements of the developed system include submitting, reviewing, and publishing research, while the non-functional requirements are accessibility, availability. performance, user interface. and security. The developed system was velY highly usable with a 4.51 mean rating.
