    Assessment of selected Agri-tourism enterprises in Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte

    This study was conducted to establish basic information on the agri-tourism enterprises in Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte. Specifically the study aim to determine the (1) socio-demographic profile of agritourism enterprise customers, (2) enterprise profile, (3) management practices of the enterprise, (4) problems encountered of the enterprise, (5) level of satisfaction of the customers. Descriptive research was used in the study. Self-administered questionnaire was used for both entrepreneur and tourists to gather data needed in the study. Results of the study revealed that majority of the respondents were at their early 20’s, single, mostly in the tertiary level, having 1 child per couple and belonged to families with 4-5 household members. Both enterprises were under sole proprietorship type of business. REFMAD and Hidden Garden offered almost the same services. The use of print ads, social media and good public relations were their ways to promote their enterprises.
