E-compendium is a collection of concise but detailed information about a particular subject; especially in a book or other publication. It also involves maintaining the database of entering books and the record of books that have been retrieved or issued. It can also be accessed through many devices. This study aimed at developing an E-Compendium of Thesis Abstract for the College of Computer Science. Specifically, it aimed to: (1) determine the functional and non-functional requirements of the e-CTA; (2) design and build the e-CTA using Rapid Application Development (RAD) Model; and (3) determine the level of usability of the proposed e-CTA. The researchers utilized the descriptive and developmental research to properly organize the presentation of data. Using the RAD model, the researchers were able to develop the system bypassing its phases. The evaluation resulted with a mean of 4.22 which means that the developed system is usable to its intended user.
