Publication Influence of Sesame street video on play outcomes of the Kindergarten of DMMMSU-NLUC(Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University - North La Union Campus, 2016-03) Bansaen, Jerahlen M.; Hernaez, Efil M.; Lang-ayan, Grace A.; Mier, Rowenalyn S.; Pineda, Rose Ann Jane M.The study aims to determine the influence of Sesame Street video on the play outcomes of the kindergarten pupils of the DMMMSU-NLUC. The respondents of this study were 19 kindergarten pupils of the DMMMSU-NLUC, ELS. The research instrument was a checklist, wherein mean and frequency were used to analyze the data collected. Based on the findings, the researchers arrived at the following conclusions: Sesame Street video has an influence on play outcomes of the kinder pupils of DMMMSU-NLUC. Activity 1 and 3 is the most influential activity that kindergarten pupils imitated. Specifically, descriptive method was used in this study. Mean, standard deviation and frequency count were used to determine the level of mathematical performance of the kindergarten pupils. It was conducted in the Elementary Laboratory School of Sapilang, Bacnotan, La Union. There were 12 currently enrolled grade 1 pupils asrespondents. Questionnaire which is the teacher made test were the instrument used. The level of performance of the respondents was satisfactory except for one because of underage and lack of mastery.
