Voucher tracking system for Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University North La Union Campus
(Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University- North La Union Campus, 2024-01) Omo, Janina Mae B.; Hamili, Fernando D.
The study aimed to design and develop a voucher tracking system for DMMMSU - NLUC, to assist clients and staffs with tracking their vouchers. It sought to (a) identify current voucher problems, (b) assess ICT resources profile, (c) evaluate staff and client readiness for system implementation, (d) determine respondent demographics, (e) evaluate system vulnerability, (f) measure system acceptability, and (g) assess differences in perception based on respondent characteristics. Findings indicated that the system could effectively aid in voucher tracking. The office traditional methods are still prevalent. The office possesses the necessary resources for implementation of the system. Both staff and clients showed positivity towards system implementation. Most respondents were females aged 36-40 and 41-45 without a response to their salaries. The system demonstrated resistance to vulnerability attacks and was deemed acceptable across various criteria. Additionally, analysis revealed a significant difference in perception between male and female respondents regarding system reliability.
