The Small Engine Management Trainer is an instructional material for small engines to familiarize components to better understand how they work as individual and contribution to the whole system. The study used the project-development-evaluation research design. It aimed to develop Small Engine Management Trainer in terms of its level of technical soundness, level of technical performance and level of acceptability. This study found out that the Small Engine Management Trainer developed meet its purpose based on its design. The assembly and construction of trainer is durable and rigid. The Small Engine Management Trainer is very highly functional in terms of its level of technical performance because it serves its purpose. In the level of acceptability, it is very highly acceptable because the trainer is affordable and easily to find parts for some replacement. The module was developed for the Small Engine Management Trainer.
