    Factors affecting the purchase decision of employees in the City of San Fernando, La Union towards mobile phone

    Mobile phones today have become a necessity in life and are treated as a vital instrument carried by individuals allowing them to be kept informed and connected with the rest of the world This study investigate the factors affecting the purchase decision of government employees in the City of San Fernando, La Union towards mobile phone, using survey questionnaire to 460 respondent government employees in the Central Business District. Frequency counts, percentages, mean, and Spearman's rho were used to analyze the data Findings revealed that all the factors specifically physical, financial and social factors have a very high and high consideration on the purchase decision of the respondents and preferred to purchase imported mobile phone. Furthermore, there is no and weak significant relationship between the type of mobile phone and physical, financial and social factors.
