This study aimed to provide insights into the Multi-Purpose Cooperatives in the Municipality of Bacnotan. Specifically, it aimed to present their socio-demographic profile, current records management practices, and problems encountered, and assess their SWOT. The study used a mixed-methods approach. The findings revealed that out of 90 Multi-Purpose Cooperatives respondents, 16 officers, and 30 members are interested in attending the Records Management seminar/training. The MPCs are dedicated to implementing best practices for records management, including identification, creation, organization, storage, access, security, retrieval, retention, and disposal.
