Publication Effectively bridging the food delivery services to the households: a case of food panda(Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University -Open University System, 2022) Darilay, Albert A.; Galdones, Joan N.; Genegabuas, Judy Ann P.; Nisperos, Cecile M.; Soledad, Cristina C.Food businesses have been able to capitalize on the increased demand created by the COVID-19 phenomena. In the past, strict lockdowns were progressively loosened to accommodate and expedite economic recovery. Delivery services have been present from the beginning catering to the needs that people have placed. The study intended to explore the level of effectiveness and problems encountered by the food delivery service riders in bridging the food delivery services to the households. The proposed marketing plan intends to assist food panda service business in the face of fierce competition in the food delivery industry, as well as the convenience they can bring to customers. The proposed marketing plans primary goal is to raise brand competition and established a strong presence among customers, ensuring that food panda is at the forefront of their minds when they are hungry and craving the foods desire. A descriptive research design was employed to determine the level of effectiveness and problems encountered by the food delivery service riders. The respondents of the study were food panda service riders who go to the City of San Fernando, La Union. A survey method wad administered as the primary instrument of data collection. This study revealed that the food delivery service riders are highly effective in bridging the food delivery services to the households.
