    Philippine Carabao monitoring system with SMS alert

    This study aimed to develop a Philippine Carabao Monitoring System with SMS Alert to improve carabao farming monitoring at the PCC in DMMMSU. The main objectives were (1) to determine the functional and non-functional requirements, (2) design and construct the system using Agile Methodology Model, and (3) evaluate the system's effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Descriptive and developmental research designs were employed, including interviews and a PSSUQ questionnaire as data gathering instruments. The study found that the developed system was not only effective, with a 100% success rate, but also efficient, as users I time-based efficiency matched that of experts for most tasks. Additionally, the system received positive user satisfaction scores, with an average of 1.5/ for system usefulness, 1.32 jar information quality, and 1.35 for interface quality. These results demonstrate the potential of the Philippine Carabao Monitoring System with SMS Alert to enhance carabao farming management at the Philippine Carabao Center, accordingly.
