    The mobile application, titled m-Ed App, served as a supplementary learning tool for students and could be accessed offline. It featured mathematics lessons and activities. Furthermore, the teacher could monitor the student's performance and progress. This study focused on the development of the offline m - EdApp: A Supplemental Tool for Kindergarten Mathematics. Specifically, it aimed to determine the content requirements in m - EdApp; to design m - EdApp; and to determine the level of usability of the m - EdApp. Descriptive and developmental research methods were used in the study. The researchers employed these tools to develop the mobile application for kindergarten, including the interview guide question and MADLC model. The USE questionnaire was administered in determining the usability of the application. The developed application gained average weighted means of 6.05, 6.12, 6.33 and 5.84, in terms of Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning and Satisfaction with 6.09 Overall score, the application is "Very Usable".
