Article X Section 37 of CMO No. 09 series of 2013 states the need for Higher Education institutions to conduct researches on Student Affairs and Services. This study aimed to determine the extent of awareness and level of satisfaction of Office Administration (OA) students on the student affairs and services of DMMMSU- MLUC for the school year 2021-2022. The study utilized the descriptive design using a survey questionnaire which was administered to the 355 students through Google Forms. The data was analyzed using median and the results were substantiated with unstructured interviews among students. The study has found that collectively, students were much aware of and much satisfied with student welfare services, student development services, and institutional programs and services. Areas for improvement are perceived as opportunities for further enhancement and more researches on student affairs and services are seen as beneficial to students today and in future generations.
