Green marketing awareness and practices among DMMMSU concessionaires
(Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University -Open University System, 2024) Imam, Abdul Racman T.; Faraon, Patricia; Gallardo, Dianne B.; Montoya, Rasheed Blue M.
This study explores the awareness and practices of green marketing among concessionaire owners at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU), focusing on the four key elements of the marketing mix: green product, green price , green place and green promotion. The research assesses how these business owners integrate eco-friendly products, sustainable pricing strategies, responsible distribution, and green promotional efforts. Additionally, the study investigates the relationship between their level of awareness and the extent of green marketing practices they implement. The purpose is to guide these concessionaire owners in improving their business operations through green marketing strategies. The proposed marketing plan encourages the adoption of environmentally sustainable products and practices while meeting the growing demand for eco-friendly options. The plan aims to enhance brand image, attract conscious consumers, and contribute to a more sustainable future by incorporating sustainability into product development, pricing, distribution and promotions.
