    This study developed and assessed MLUC Sentinel, a digital parking management system for Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University — Mid La Union Campus. Following the Spiral Model development approach, the system addressed parking management challenges through digital permits, QR code verification, and automated violation tracking. Using a descriptive-developmental design, the researchers conducted stakeholder interviews to identify existing workflow capabilities and constraints. The system's usability was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with four campus stakeholders. Results demonstrated an average SUS score of 83.75, indicating excellent usability. The developed system successfully automated manual parking management processes and provided real-time monitoring capabilities, effectively addressing the identified operational inefficiencies in campus parking management.
