    Barangay Mameltac record management system

    This study primarily aimed to develop a Record Management System for Barangay Mameltac. Specifically, it aimed to determine the demographic profile of Barangay Mameltac in terms of Total Population, Livelihood Projects, Barangay Organizations, Status of Employment, Income per Household; determine the capabilities and constraints of the existing system in terms of performance, information (input, output, stored data), economics, control, efficiency, and Service; Assess the level of usability of the developed system using HewlettPackard’s methods of measuring software in terms of functionality, usability, reliability, performance and supportability. This study used descriptive and developmental research design along with Agile Unified Process Model in developing the system. In determining the demographic profile of Barangay Mameltac documentary analysis were used. In determining the capabilities and constraint of the existing system, the data that gathered from the survey questionnaire based on PIECES framework were analyzed and will statistically treated using frequency count and Likert Point Scale. The findings show that the developed Barangay Mameltac Record Management System addressed all the constraints in the capabilities and constraints of existing record management of Barangay Mameltac and found to have a high level of usability. Based on the findings, the developed Barangay Mameltac Record Management is recommended for adaptation by Barangay Mameltac
