This study aimed to identify the practices and strategies relative to workplace diversity of hospitals in the City of San Fernando, La Union. Descriptive research design was used to describe the information gathered, and frequency and percentage were used in data analysis which was taken from the four (4) respondent hospitals in the City of San Fernando, La Union.
