    Multiple intelligence and learning styles of high school students: basis for activity package

    The study aimed at determining the Multiple Intelligences, Learning Styles and Performance of the High School Students as basis for activity package in PE III. The study is descriptive with questionnaires as the primary data instruments. The respondents were 160 randomly -selected 3rd year students of Christ the King College, City of San. Fernando, La Union for the School Year 2012-2013. The study revealed that majority of the students were males, aged 13-15 years old and whose monthly family. income was. P25,001 and above. Majority of their parents were college graduates and were working. Their top three intelligences were interpersonal, kinesthetic and acting. The least manifested intelligence is naturalistic intelligence. Their top- two learning styles were kinesthetic/tactile and visual. The least manifested learning style is auditory. Their cognitive performance is satisfactory; their psychomotor performance is fair. They are much aware of their affective performance. There is no significant correlation between psychomotor performance and kinesthetic intelligence and cognitive performance to learning styles.
