    Best practices of courier services delivery riders in the City of San Fernando, La Union

    The main objective of this paper is to assess the best practices of courier service delivery riders in the City of San Fernando, La Union as basis in crafting a business community plan. Specifically, it determined the profile of the courier service and the delivery riders, the best practices, the profile of customers and their level of satisfaction . A descriptive of research was employed in this study and a survey questionnaire was used as a data gathering tool to 50 respondents. The findings of this study within the location which is when they are involved in best practices of courier services delivery riders they can cope and adopt to any kind of situation that may happen in the future. The business continuity plan to sustain the best practices of courier services will help delivery riders. Even though there is challenge in best practices, there are many delivery riders who take the challenges because they will realize and greatly understand which will help them.
