    Human resource management of ilocos training and regional medical center

    This study determined the extent of implementation and the level of satisfaction of the employees on the Human Resources Management (HRM). of the Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center (ITRMC) along the areas of recruitment, selection and promotion, rewards and recognition, learning and development and performance management system. The extent of the implementation of human resource of the implementation of human resources management along the four areas is highly implemented. There is no significant difference in the extent of implementation in relation to gender, marital status, division where the employee belong, highest educational attainment, length of service., and job position level. the level of satisfaction of the employees on the HRM practices highly satisfactory. There is no significant difference in the level of satisfaction among all the staff. The HRM practices of ITRMC along the four areas are considered capabilities. An intervention program was proposed to sustain and strengthen the human resources management of Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center.
