    Risks and opportunities amidst pandemic of restaurant employees in Agoo, La Union

    This study determined the risks and opportunities amidst pandemic of restaurant employees in Agoo, La Union. Specifically, it determined the profile of respondents in terms of age, gender, civil status, highest educational attainment, monthly income, number of-working hours, employment status, years employed, the risks and opportunities in terms of career development, individual development plan, training and development, occupational safety and health, and if there is a significant relationship between the profile and risks and opportunities of restaurant employees. Data were gathered from 183 restaurant employees in the Municipality of Agoo, La Union using validated and reliable questionnaire and were analyzed using frequency counts, percentage, and spearman’s rank of correlation. Findings revealed that there is no significant relationship between the profile and the risks and opportunities faced by restaurant employees. Further, the profile of respondents cannot directly affect the risks and opportunities of restaurant employees amidst pandemic in Agoo, La Union.
