Data were gathered through personal interview with the aid of questionnaire. A purposive random sampling was drawn from five selected municipalities of La Union. The findings revealed that all the producers engaged in dragon fruit production are using their own funds as an additional income for the family. As to consumers’ behavior, they preferred red dragon fruit and half of the consumers bought and consume every week. Results also showed that transportation, low price, and bad weather are considered as serious problem. As to correlation analysis, the household size factor has a significant positive influence on the consumption of consumers.
