    With the use of mobile technology mobile technologies can be configured to provide directions in a timely and orderly way. This method of providing directions made guidelines and instructions clearer for users. With the help of technology it is easy now to develop a mobile application that can be base for a simple map. The researchers developed the MLUCate: Mobile Locator System for Exploring Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University Mid La Union Campus. Specifically it addressed the following problems: (1) the features of the mobile locator system and what is the level of usability of the system. The study used the descriptive and applied types of research with documentary analysis and interview as the primary tool in data gathering and XP (Extreme Programming) for the design system. The respondents is composed of one (l)Planning Officer, one (1) MIS head, six(6) MIS facilitator and 52 visitors. It can be concluded in the study that the features of MLUCate addressed the requirements of the stakeholders and that the system can be used as per advise of the respondents.
