It determined the respondent’s profile, awareness, access, and level of satisfaction on PESO services. The profile, awareness, and access of the respondents was analyzed using frequency counts and percentages. To determine the level of satisfaction, median was used. Findings revealed that the residents were composed of 15-39 years old, dominated by male, majority were married, many were high school graduates, great majority were unemployed, many were employed, and many of them received a salary rate below 13,000 pesos. Respondents were aware of the services offered by PESO. Access to services was lower than the awareness of the respondents. Satisfaction in all services yielded a median score of 5, interpreted as very satisfied. Significant differences in awareness, access and satisfaction with PESO services were found across various profile variables. The results may serve as a guide for local government units and PESO personnel in enhancing and aligning employment programs to more effectively address the needs of different sectors within the community.
