    This study determined the challenges faced by the non-teaching staff of DMMMSU-North La Union Campus. The questionnaire used in this study is researcher-made. A total of one hundred five (105) DMMMSU-NLUC non-teaching staff participated with 85.36% response rate. The researchers utilized frequency count and percentage for the profile of the respondents and the challenges they faced. Spearman Rho was used to determine the significant relationship between the respondents profile and their challenges. Findings revealed that the Non-teaching Staff s profile in terms highest educational attainment and employment status were significantly related to their faced challenges. There were no challenges in recruitment, selection placement and promotion, rewards, and recognition, employee welfare and benefit, learning and development, performance management and personal matters. Age, sex, highest educational attainment number of months/years employed, designated office and employment status has significant relationship in the challenges faced of the non-teaching staff of DMMMSU North La Union Campus.
