Adviser: Villar, Jo-Anne D., Ph.D. This study analyzed the socio-demographic profile of the respondents and the enterprise, production, marketing, human resource, finance, and support service practices and problems; strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the bell pepper enterprise in San Gabriel, La Union. Descriptive and qualitative methods were used in the study with the 92 bell pepper farmer, who were selected using complete enumeration and through interviews with the aid of questionnaire. Results were analyzed using frequency, counts, mean, and percentage. Results revealed that bell pepper farmers had an average age of 39 years old with an average of 5 years of farming experience. It was dominated by male and most of them finished their elementary level, and land ownership is theirs. The high cost of inputs was perceived is a very serious production problem for the farmers. With the study results, a recommended plan was crafted that can be considered by the local government of San Gabriel, La Union.
