    Job satisfaction and job performance of municipal trial court employees of District I, La Union

    Job Satisfaction refers to a person’s sense of fulfillment at -work, which motivated people to work. The objective of this study was to evaluate employees' job petformance and job satisfaction' A survey was conducted to 47 employees of Municipal Trial Court Employees of District I, La Union. The researchers used quantitative methods. Researchers evaluated the performance of the Municipal Trial Court Employees based jrom their Individual Performance Evaluation. Mean, Median, and Spearman rho correlation were used in Excel and IBM SPSS Statistics to analyze data in the study.. The results shows that there is no significant relationship between job satisfaction and job performance. The findings also showed that employees perform well regardless of whether they are satisfied or not satisfied with their jobs.
