    Patient Record Management Systems aid in raising the efficiency in record keeping. This study aimed to develop a patient record management system. Specifically, it aimed to identify the features of the proposed system, develop using the Rapid Application Development Model and measure the level of usability of the system using the WEBUSE Tool. The researchers applied the descriptive and developmental research methods as well as quantitative methods. This study included eight respondents for the testing and evaluation. After the diligent and in-depth evaluation of the system, the findings were as follows: the features include: online appointment booking features, teleconsultation scheduling, priority lanes, and security features. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development Model and was coherent and well organized Overall, the developed iCare: Patient Record Management System was measured as very much usable based on the WEBUSE Tool results.
