Global travel and tourism experienced a strong growth over the past years. This was backed up by robust tourist arrivals locally and internationally. The main objective of the study was to design an action plan for Sea of Dreams Resort located at Santiago Norte, Caba, La Union. Sea of Dreams Spa Resort is a great beach resort to spend vacation where one can experience the calming sounds of waves from the sandy beach, beautiful sunrise and sunset view, and the serene pocket of landscape garden. The study used case study research method which is a thorough investigation of a company's real life and actual operating situations.
