In the field of electromechanical systems and industrial applications, it is clear that an automated cleaning machine is beneficial for multitasking, saving time and ensuring consistent, thorough cleaning with minimal effort. This study aimed to design and develop a Mechanized Automotive Components Cleaner. Specially, it sought the following objectives: to design a MACC; to construct the MACC; to evaluate the MACC in terms of its level of technical performance, level of functionality, and level of acceptability; and to prepare an operation manual for the MACC. The study found out that the MACC was designed and constructed for degreasing and cleaning an automotive component up to 7 kilograms. The level of technical soundness was excellent, level of technical performance was excellent, and its level of acceptability was very highly acceptable.
