Hunger and malnutrition crises have continued to be unchecked as world leaders troubleshoot one economic crisis after another. School-Based Feeding Program(SBFP) has been one of the identified measures in eradicating malnutrition. As such , this study looked into the implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program in 12Agoo East and Agoo West Elementary Schools in Agoo, La Union. This study used the descriptive research design utilizing questionnaire as the main gathering tool and validated the respondents' answers through site visitation and interview. The nutritional status and the academic performance of the 292 beneficiaries improved after the feeding program. The SBFP in Agoo, La Union was very highly implemented, very highly supported and there was high involvement in the SBFP in Agoo, La Union. A slight problem was encountered by the school heads, focal persons, and parents in the implementation of feeding activities.
