This study entitled SuDocu: Sudipen Civil Registry Document Management System with Descriptive Analytics is a web-based system design for document management system in Sudipen Civil Registry Office. Specifically, it aimed to answer the following objectives: to determine the process of document management in the Civil Registry of the municipality of Sudipen, La Union, to develop a document management system using Rapid Application Development, and to determine the acceptability of document management system using User Acceptance Testing. The developed system provides aid in preparing documents by accessing in the system, summarizing statistical data for monthly and annual reports, and a centralized repository for scanned documents. The researchers used descriptive and developmental research design and utilized Rapid Application Development in the development of the system. To test the acceptability of the developed system, User Acceptance Testing was employed to evaluate and test the functionality of the system. The system was perceived as acceptable with a percentage rating of 100%.
