The study also examined the relationship between the demographic profile of the respondents and the level of motivation and confidence; the result revealed that there is no significant relationship between sex and age in students’ motivation and confidence. In addition, it was also found that there is no significant relationship between academic year and motivation; in contrast, confidence was found to have a significant relationship. However, the program was found to have a significant relationship with both students’ motivation and confidence. These findings revealed that students’ physical literacy is enhanced by experience, learning exposure, and learning environment.
