    Online Services bring out the impacts on the Learning Resource Center on both faculty and students of the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University Mid La Union Campus, College of Management. Specifically, their study addressed the following objectives: (1) gathered the profile of the respondents, (2) determined the level of Usability, (3) determined the significant differences among respondents. It used the USE Questionnaire for the determination of the level of usability which revealed that faculty withameanof4.27andthestudents withameanof4.29 were very highly satisfied. In the analysis of data there is no significant difference on the level of usability of the Online Services in the Learning Resource center along the respondent’s profile.
