The Naguilian Agricultural Complex is a project established to provide agricultural services to the people of Naguilian, especially the farmers. The project was established in year 2016 to be the center of agricultural development in the municipality and aims to showcase government programs and promote agri-tourism. This study analyzes and narrates the project's contribution to the social and economic lives of the people in the community of Naguilian, La Union. This study employed survey questionnaires to gather data from 347 beneficiaries across the 37 barangays of Naguilian, La Union, and 4 implementers of the project. Frequency and percentage are used to analyze the gathered data, providing an understanding of the project’s contribution. A thorough review of relevant documents supplements the data analysis, enriching the findings. The results indicate that, generally, respondents benefited from the project in terms of social and economic aspects. However, some of the indicators for the sustainability of the project are not implemented. Furthermore, a policy brief was formulated to address the issue on the lack of accessibility or limited access to agricultural machineries.
