In this generation of environmentally conscious people, it is crucial to manage and recycle plastic waste. The study aimed to develop and evaluate the Reward Incentive Plastic Bottle Sorter. Specifically, it sought to accomplish the following objectives: (1) to design and construct the Reward Incentive Plastic Bottles Sorter. (2) to evaluate the Reward Incentive Plastic Bottle Sorter in terms of: level of technical soundness, level of technical performance, and level of acceptability, and (3) to develop an operational manual of the Reward Incentive Plastic Bottle Sorter. The developed Reward Incentive Plastic Bottle Sorter was capable of sorting the plastic bottles in terms of cleanliness and weight, which were to be sorted into two containers, either accepted/rejected. The Reward Incentive Plastic Bottle Sorter was efficient and effective, and it was able to sort plastic bottles into either accepted/rejected containers. The Operational Manual, which consists of operating procedures, safety measures, and proper maintenance, was developed.
