Adviser: Garcia, Leny Grace C., MBA The study was conducted to determine: the (1) Profile of the enterprise of grapes; (2) determine the enterprise practice and problem encountered along production, marketing, human resources, finance, support service; (3) determine the strengths, weakness, opportunities, threats of the grape’s enterprise; (4) Recommend strategies and development plan for grape enterprise in the municipalities of Bauang and Caba. The age, gender, civil status and educational attainment had no relationship on the production, marketing, finance, human resources, and support service. The grapes farmer, they have their own strategy along the production practice, marketing practice, human resources, finance practice. Producer sales their product to direct customer who visit their farm. Their no significant support service under the government when it comes to financial assistant or other program to the grape’s grower. There is no relevant problem along the human resources.
