This study traced the employment of BSOA graduates from 2016-2018, examining their socio-demographic characteristics, employment profiles, the relevance of their degree program, school support services, employability factors, and performance in the workforce. A descriptive predictive research design was used, employing survey questionnaires distributed to graduates and employers. Data were analyzed to assess employment rates, job search duration, and the relevance of acquired skills. Most BSOA graduates found employment quickly, though some faced challenges due to competition. Employers valued their skills but stressed the need for ongoing development. The study recommends refining curricula, integrating hands-on learning, and strengthening industry partnerships to improve employability and career readiness.
