Specifically, it aimed to determine the functional and non-functional requirements of the system; to design and construct using the Rapid Application Development Model; and to determine its level of usability using the WEBUSE Tool. The researchers applied both descriptive and developmental research methods. The researchers identified the functional and non-functional requirements. On the alumni side, functional requirements include account registration, login and logout, password reset, homepage, news page, events page, job postings page, forum page, and an alumni account page. On the admin side, it includes a login and logout, account verification, password reset, dashboard, alumni management, news management, events management, job postings management, discussions management, and an admin account page. Meanwhile, the non-functional requirements of the system were security, performance, accessibility, portability, and usability. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development Model and was coherent and well-organized.
