    Sperm head morphology assay of mice treated with different concentrations of Tinospora rumphii Boerl (Makabuhai) crude stem extract

    This study dealt with the determination ot the effect of makabuhai crude stem extract on the sperm head morpholoqy of mice. This was conducted at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, Southern La Union Campus from November 1999 to February 2000. This experimental study used the standard laboratory procedures to determine the sperm head abnormalities of mice. Male mice were treated with doses of 200 mg/kg body weight and 400 mg/kg body weight of mice, with makabuhai crude stem extract. Distilled water and ethanol were utilized as control. Each treatment was replicated thrice.
